Gravity is the sixth studio album of Welsh heavy metal band Bullet for My Valentine, which was released on June 29, 2018 via Spinefarm Records. It includes 13 tracks. As previously warned in an interview with frontman and songwriter Matt Tuck, the new studio work of Welsh musicians will surprise fans with a rather unexpected hard sound. This is the first album with drummer Jason Bowld, who joined the band in 2016, replacing one of the founders, drummer Michael Thomas. This is also the first album that includes bassist Jamie Mathias. April 1, 2018 debuted the first single "Over It" on BBC Radio 1. On June 3, 2018, the band presented a video for the song "Letting You Go". A black and white video shot by director Stuart T. Birchhall tells several dramatic stories about human relationships. According to frontman Bullet For My Valentine, Matt Tuck is a very difficult song. This is probably the most experimental track I have ever written in terms of music and words. I wanted to do something different from the music of all the other bands in our genre, and I think we did it. The premiere of the Bullet for My Valentine video for the song "Not Dead Yet" was held on October 15, 2018. The video was filmed in Tokyo during a band tour in Japan in 2018 with the participation of Japanese studio Maxilla and local actors.
