Im Auge des Sturms – the fourth studio album of the German band from the port city of Flensburg, playing in the genre of Alpine folk music, was released on October 13, 2017 via Minos EMI. Five men from the Far North: Hans-Timm "Timsen" Hinrichsen, Axel Stosberg, Björn Both, Andreas Fahnert and Peter David "Pete" Sage not accidentally climbed to the top of the German charts three times in a row. This is the most successful group in Germany since its inception, which demonstrates team spirit and faith in the highest goals. They create beautiful songs and hone their skills from album to album, from concert to concert. The main material of Santiano is a cover of folk songs. The most diverse folklore is used – Irish, Breton, French. Their album Im Auge des Sturms marks a new stage in the history of this unique band. It is available in three different configurations: a limited Deluxe Edition version in a 17-box box (a karaoke CD, a keychain, a fridge magnet, and an autographed poster), a 13-track standard CD and, for the first time in group history, on double vinyl.
